Mama

It has been a very difficult last couple days. Kevin and I had to make the awful decision to put down our dog, Deacon. We are mourning his loss and also grieving for my beautiful Mother. A year ago today, she left her life here to be with her Father in Heaven. It is hard for me to write a lot today, but I just want to send love to all those that loved her.

My father, may you find the strength to get through this day. You and Mom were ONE. Your love and marriage is one that I look up to.

Kim, so young to have gone through so much. You are an amazing young woman and I see her in you all the time.

Eric, you have the honor of sharing your memories of Mom to your children and they will know her through you. You are a wonderful Father. Mom would be so proud.

Mike, Mom was the one person that could ALWAYS make you smile. It didn't take much. You and Mom had a special relationship and that is something to cherish.

We all miss you Mom and love you everyday. Wish you were still here.

    Thanks Gina. We are all so lucky to have you in our lives. You have dealt with the challenge of filling very big shoes, but I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it. I look up to like I looked up to her and am so lucky to have such a strong willed, beautiful, and caring woman to learn from. I cherish our relationship so much and thank God everyday for it. I love you sis.
